How do I place a return?

We're sorry you didn't love your ordered khadi products. Please reach out to hello@khadibeauty.com. Make sure you clearly state:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The email address your order was placed with
• The products you'd like to return
• The reason why

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry! khadi packages don’t include return slips. Simply contact hello@khadibeauty.com with the infomation above, and we’ll help you place your return.

What’s the return policy?

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price. All returns must be processed within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order.

Please note, that any products you return must be unused and in their original packaging.

The order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
