Where does khadi ship?
We currently ship to the 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping to the US is free when you spend $29 or more. We offer a flat fee for regular shipping of $9.50 on orders $28 or less.
For orders to Canada, we offer a flat rate regular shipping fee of $19, excluding import duties and provincial taxes.
Where is my package?
As soon as you order we start processing. Processing can take up to 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number and link to the carrier as soon as your package is being shipped.
You can check the location and status of your package anytime by clicking on the link in your notification email.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
We’re sorry about that! If your tracking number isn’t working, please wait another 1-2 business days. Sometimes it takes the carrier 1-2 days to register your shipment status and update your tracking information. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us via hello@khadibeauty.com.
How can I edit my shipping address?
You can always edit your shipping address in your personal khadi account. Simply navigate to “My Account” and add a new address or change your current one.
Once you placed an order, you cannot change the shipping address anymore. If your order is shipping to the wrong address, please reach out to us via hello@khadibeauty.com.
