A handcrafted wooden comb combines the material's practical advantages with its ecological benefits, making it the perfect companion for your ChakraCurl routine. The comb body is made of maple, the crossbar of walnut, and two veneers of dyed poplar wood are inlaid in between. The surface is finely sanded and polished, but otherwise, the comb remains untreated.
Wood is naturally antistatic. The rounded teeth provide gentle stimulation of the scalp and, consequently, the hair cells. The spaces between the teeth are so finely sanded that the hair glides through easily while combing, without damaging the curl structure. At the same time, the wood provides sufficient stability for even the most unruly curls, helping to untangle knots and prevent frizz caused by breakage.
Thus, this curl comb is not only a functional part of your ChakraCurl ritual but also a unique and beautiful piece.
Step 1: We recommend using the comb primarily on dry hair, as it is less delicate. It can, of course, also be used on damp or wet hair, as well as for oil treatments.
Step 2: It is particularly well-suited for gently and carefully working curl cream into damp hair after washing. Then allow the hair to dry completely.
Step 3: The comb can get wet for rinsing, but should not be soaked. Afterward, allow it to dry thoroughly. A little oil can be applied to the comb after frequent washing.
This comb is made from a single, glued piece of wood and does not need to be separated. Small quantities can be disposed of with your regular household waste; larger quantities should be taken to a recycling center.
