How do I place a return?
We're sorry you didn't love your ordered khadi products. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry! khadi packages don’t include return slips. Simply reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s the return policy?
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price. All returns must be processed within 20 (twenty) days of receiving your order.
Please note, that all products you return have to be in their original condition. This means that you can return the unused portion of your order.

The order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, that your original shipping charges are not refunded.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered! Please make sure to tell us your order number.
